At Maxiclean LLC, we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services. To ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling for our cleaning specialists, we adhere to the following policies:
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled cleaning appointment.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or instances where our cleaners are unable to gain access to the property upon arrival, may incur a $50 fee (or up to 50% of the service estimate).
2. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
- No Cash Refunds: Maxiclean LLC does not issue cash refunds for completed cleaning services.
- 24-Hour Recleaning Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion with photos or details. We will send a team back to re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge.
- Requests made after 24 hours from completion will be treated as new service requests.
