Welcome to Maxiclean LLC. By accessing our website (maxicleanllc.org) or using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
Maxiclean LLC provides professional residential, apartment, commercial, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and post-construction/remodelation cleaning services in Houston, Tomball, Spring, The Woodlands, Magnolia, and surrounding areas in Texas.
2. Access to Property & Safety
- Access: The Client must provide clear access to the property on the scheduled service date (keys, door codes, or presence at the location).
- Utilities: The property must have running water, electricity, and functional HVAC systems.
- Hazards & Biohazards: Maxiclean LLC reserves the right to decline cleaning services if extreme biohazards, mold, infestations, or unsafe working conditions are present.
3. Equipment & Products
Maxiclean LLC provides all standard cleaning products and equipment. If the Client requests specific products for certain surfaces, the Client assumes responsibility for any damage resulting from the use of those customer-provided chemicals or tools.
4. Payments & Billing
- Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods.
- Unpaid balances past 7 days may be subject to a late fee.
5. Limitation of Liability & Damage Claims
- Damage Claims: Maxiclean LLC’s team works with utmost care. In the event of accidental damage or breakage, the Client must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion.
- Valuables: We strongly recommend storing cash, jewelry, heirlooms, and irreplaceable items in safe compartments prior to cleaning.
- Liability Cap: Maxiclean LLC’s aggregate liability for any claims arising out of services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific service appointment.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and Harris County / Montgomery County jurisdiction.
